It’s been nearly a decade since I’ve heard from my friend or loved one who’s had a psychotic break.
It’s a tough time.
But I don’t have to imagine what it’s like to have that broken-hearted sense of knowing you’re alone in your pain.
I grew up in a household of parents who struggled with mental illness, and it’s one of the things that made my family’s journey so remarkable.
My father had bipolar disorder and my mother struggled with depression and anxiety.
We lived in a house full of families who were dealing with mental illnesses.
I grew up watching my father struggle to control his bipolar disorder, while my mother was constantly trying to control her anxiety.
We struggled to make ends meet.
We struggled with the mental health care system.
And yet, we were always ready to share our story.
And so it was a very natural thing for us to talk about mental health, and what it means to live a healthy life, when we had a lot of family members that were struggling with mental health.
So that was always a huge source of strength and support for me.
And the Franklin and Cortva Institute at the University of Pittsburgh is a great place to start for those who struggle with mental and emotional illness.
And as part of the Franklin Center for Research on Health, Wellbeing, and Society, we’re trying to make mental health a priority in the United States and globally.
It’s a huge challenge for people in mental health to find the right resources.
There’s so much misinformation about mental illness.
So we’ve created a resource called Mental Health Resource Guide, a guide that helps people to get help when they need it.
The guide is available to anyone.
And it’s available at the Franklin Institue.
So when you come to us, you can learn about the many benefits of mental health and how to get the help you need.
You can also get more information about the institute, including how to become an advocate for mental health in your community.
The institute offers a wide range of services, including cognitive behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral treatment, and occupational therapy.
We also offer support groups, workshops, and support groups for people with a variety of mental disorders, from people with depression to people with anxiety to people who have bipolar disorder.
The institute offers free or low-cost mental health support, and offers a 24-hour crisis line to call if you need help.
We’ve also been known to help people get jobs, and we’re working with employers to find ways to offer paid family leave.
But we’re not just a mental health institute, we are a mental illness community.
We’re a community that cares about our neighbors.
And I think that that’s why we’re so important to people.
We’re a family of mental illness patients.
We are a community where mental health is seen as a way to make a life better, and a way for us all to live our lives more happily.
And we are an amazing place to be.
So thank you for joining us on our journey.
It all started when I was 10 years old.
My father, who had bipolar, was living with anxiety and depression.
He was having nightmares about losing his job, his wife, and his child.
And that was the most devastating experience of my life.
I started going to a therapist who was a friend of mine and my sister.
I didn’t know what I was doing, but she helped me understand that bipolar disorder is a mental disorder, and that my symptoms are not symptoms of bipolar disorder itself.
I started to understand that my bipolar disorder was a symptom of a mental disease.
And so the therapy that I received was very powerful.
It made me see that it wasn’t bipolar disorder but my depression was.
It wasn’t anxiety but my fear of losing my job, my anxiety about losing my wife, my fear about losing our child.
It was a whole new perspective on my life that helped me learn how to be able to deal with all of these different emotions.
I think the same thing is happening in our community.
The Franklin Institute is a place where we’re bringing people together, where we want to make sure we’re doing things in a way that works for everyone.
And when you have a mental wellness program like ours, you also want to create a community of support.
So what’s next?
Our first focus is on working with our community to provide a variety and variety of services.
We want to be a place for people to come together to get treatment, so that they can move on to other things.
We will also be working with families who have experienced trauma, whether it’s mental illness or not, to understand what their experience is like, what they’re going through and how we can help.
And then we want people to move on, and go from there.
The next step will be to build support networks for mental wellness
